Trouble connecting an account
Make sure your Instagram is a Business or Creator account. If it still fails, send us the account handle and what you saw.
A post failed to publish
Open My Publishes — the Result column shows the reason. You can hit Retry there. If it keeps failing, send us the message shown.
Questions about earnings
Earnings shows every post and whether it qualified. Posts must stay live for the minimum period to count.
Account or password help
Use Forgot password on the login page to reset it. For anything else with your account, email us.
